AI can support emotional hygiene. It can help someone articulate a feeling, reflect before a difficult conversation, notice patterns, journal interactively or preserve an unfinished thought before it disappears.
I treat AI responses as food for thought.
What therapy provides
Therapy involves a qualified professional, clinical judgement, accountability and a duty of care. AI does not provide those things.
